Thank you for such a wonderful post! When I first saw it, I thought, “Ugh. It’s about yoga. I’ll just skim it.” But then once I got into it I was like, “Wow! Z’s speaking my language! I need to let other people know about this!”

I’ve been trying to do at least 6 sun salutations a day. Anything more is a bonus!

I’ve decided to just do one sun salutation, but to do Warrior 1 and 2, trikonasana and ardha chandrasana with it. Then I do dolphin. The kids, so far, like it (two days in). It’s lovely to be freed (mentally) from needing a mat and a big chunk of undisturbed time.
