Weekly Photo Challenge: Eerie

This is my photographic response to this week’s photo challenge by The Daily Post. I like taking photos, especially for this type of challenge. I find it leads me to see the world differently. And seeing the world differently is something I always find enriching.

“Finding inspiration in Merilee’s work, as well as celebrations like Halloween and Día de los Muertos, let’s go out and capture black and white images that are eerie.

  1. We visited Salem years ago when my daughter did an internship one summer in Boston. These photos are indeed eerie. You chose your interpretation well. Gave me goosebumps!

    1. That memorial is simple and powerful and set up to have lots of stark shadows like that. It was an interesting place to visit (and a great place for photos!).
