      That night I just tossed it into a hodgepodge veggie soup (with stock I made and froze last Thanksgiving). We had okra again last night, and I just sautéed it with garlic and olive, which I think is my favorite way to eat okra. If I were ambitious (or if I got more okra at one time from our CSA) I’d make gumbo, but so far, that’s not happened this year.
