“Don’t worry, Mommy! I fix it!”
“I found the scissors!” (and the related, “Look, Mommy! I cut it!”)
“I wipe it up, Mommy!”
“I threw it in the trash!”
“The DVD not working!” (this usually means he’s trying to slide a CD into a narrow gap in a drawer or a toy)
Imperfect Happiness 
Along the lines of a previous comment:
“Oh no! Yucky! Poop!” Said while in the bathtub.
Or the one I hear every day: “Uh oh! Broken!”

hahaha! those are great, i can relate to them all.
what about, “mommy, i make poopoo!!” while running, naked from the waist down, at a friend’s house (where you haven’t yet shown him/her where to find the toilet). and the search is on!
